About the role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who treats the Bill of Quantities as the backbone of every project, ensuring accurate quantities to drive production, logistics and cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and update Bills of Quantities for signage, branding and fit‑out projects.
- Take off quantities from drawings, specifications and site surveys.
- Price each project individually in USD and JOD.
- Support tendering, budgeting and variation orders.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement and site teams to align quantities with actual construction.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil, Architectural or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take‑off, estimation or tendering.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to read technical drawings independently.
- High accuracy with a disciplined approach to documenting and justifying numbers.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
