About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist Agent to join our hotel team within the Accor network. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in experience while upholding our standards of responsible hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and settle guest accounts.
- Maintain accurate daily transaction records, handle cash, perform currency exchange and balance the float.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
- Promote a collaborative and professional team environment.
- Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
- Uphold the highest level of internal and external customer service at all times.
Required profile
- Proficient in English (verbal & written); a second language is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Windows Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Calm, courteous, and attentive to guest needs.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Capable of standing for long periods (minimum 9 hours per shift).
