Red Team & Penetration Testing Instructor (Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Red Team and Penetration Testing Instructor to join our cybersecurity training team in Amman. This part-time, on-site position focuses on delivering practical, hands-on instruction to students with networking backgrounds who aim to move into offensive security.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in Red Teaming, ethical hacking, and penetration testing.
• Guide students through hands-on labs, real-world attack scenarios, and CTF-style exercises.
• Explain offensive security concepts clearly and relate them to networking fundamentals.
• Support learners in developing skills for reconnaissance, vulnerability assessment, exploitation, and reporting.
• Contribute to the improvement of course content and lab activities based on market needs.

Required profile

• Strong hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security.
• Good knowledge of network and web-application testing and attack methodologies.
• Relevant practical certifications (e.g., eJPT, PNPT, OSCP) are highly preferred.
• Previous teaching or training experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics.
