About the role
Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Reservations Agent and become the first point of contact for guests seeking memorable stays. You will turn inquiries into confirmed bookings while embodying the brand’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional customer service to guests and internal team members.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations, ensuring accuracy in all records.
- Maintain meticulous reservation logs and process bookings with attention to detail.
- Utilize proactive selling techniques to promote hotel services, upgrades, and maximize room revenue.
- Support sales initiatives by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential leads.
