Retail Salesperson – Flowers, Balloons & Gifts

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Retail Salesperson to join our team at Occasions in City Mall, Amman. You will help customers choose flowers, balloons and gifts, create beautiful arrangements and keep the shop welcoming and organized. The position involves working in a fast‑paced, creative environment where every day is about making a customer’s occasion unforgettable.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with personalized gift ideas and product selection.
• Prepare flower arrangements, balloon decorations and gift packaging.
• Maintain flower freshness, attractive product displays and overall store presentation.
• Manage shop inventory, cleanliness and stock replenishment.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout all shifts.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Passion for flowers, balloons or gift arrangements (a plus).
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (morning or evening).

Required skills

• Knowledge of flower arrangement techniques.
• Experience with balloon decoration.
• Basic inventory management.
• POS system operation.
