Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

TopNotch Technology is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its remote team. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients, using LinkedIn, email, and outbound outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
• Craft personalized outreach messages that address each prospect’s specific challenges.
• Qualify leads, manage conversations from initial contact to meeting confirmation, and schedule discovery meetings.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up to maximize conversion rates and handle objections professionally.
• Update prospect information in the CRM and collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly activity and meeting‑booking targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Proven track record of booking meetings through outbound prospecting.
• Strong written communication, relationship‑building, and organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven.
