Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

String Education is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its commercial team in Amman. You will be the first point of contact with K‑12 schools, generating interest and setting up demos for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect K‑12 schools across Jordan.
• Conduct outreach via phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
• Maintain a clean and up‑to‑date sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, SDR or telesales.
• Preferably B2B experience; EdTech or school‑sector background is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, phone confidence, and a results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot CRM.
• Familiarity with ClickUp.
• Knowledge of GoHighLevel.

What we offer

• Full‑time, on‑site position (Saturday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM).
• Reporting to the Sales Manager.
• Starting salary of 350 JD per month for the first three months, with performance review thereafter.
• Potential commission structure based on results.
