Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Servme is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to fuel top‑of‑the‑funnel growth. You will identify, engage, and qualify prospective hospitality customers, creating a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting across assigned territories, using cold calling, emailing, social selling and strategic outreach.
• Research target accounts in restaurants, F&B groups and hospitality brands, and build rapport with key decision‑makers.
• Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
• Educate prospects on Servme’s platform, value proposition and use cases.
• Make regular in‑person visits to prospects and existing clients across Lebanon.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and sales tools, and nurture leads until sales‑ready.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to refine outreach messaging.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to generate qualified opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
• High energy, self‑motivated and comfortable with cold outreach.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
