About the role

We are looking for a motivated and well‑organized Sales Manager to lead our growth initiatives. The successful candidate will understand prospecting deeply and excel at building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
Mentor and coach employees to achieve individual and team objectives.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
At least 3 years of proven sales experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
