Sales Representative

About the role

Thunder-Haus is seeking motivated, target‑driven Sales Representatives to expand its POSMena and Clicks Loyalty solutions across Jordan. The role focuses on presenting POSMena as a comprehensive business platform that streamlines operations, sales, inventory, staffing, reporting and customer loyalty for F&B and retail businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in restaurants, cafes, retail shops and other F&B outlets.
• Conduct field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp follow‑ups and in‑person meetings with owners and decision‑makers.
• Present POSMena Light, POSMena Premium and Clicks Loyalty solutions clearly and convincingly.
• Explain how the solutions support daily operations, improve control and boost customer retention.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, arrange product demonstrations and coordinate internal support.
• Handle objections related to price, features, implementation and training.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, client status and closed deals.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, B2B, field sales, retail or software sales is preferred.
• Valid driving licence and a personal car for client visits.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in approaching business owners professionally.
