Sales Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Support professional to join our growing team. In this role you will contact prospective customers, generate qualified leads, and help promote our products and services while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by phone to introduce company offerings.
• Qualify leads, identify business opportunities, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
• Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly performance objectives.
• Prepare reports on lead generation activities and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing development, telemarketing, call center, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet daily and monthly KPIs.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated, and a team player.
