Senior BIM Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior BIM Architect to lead the architectural design process from concept through construction documentation within a growing engineering consultancy. The role combines design excellence, BIM expertise, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to construction documentation.
• Develop, review, and approve Revit models and drawings in line with BIM standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts with structural and MEP teams.
• Prepare construction documentation, authority submissions, BOQs, and specifications.
• Mentor junior architects and BIM modelers.
• Lead client presentations and design reviews.
• Drive the use of AI tools to enhance design quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, ACC workflows, and COBie requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's a plus).
• 7–10 years of experience in architectural design and Revit‑based BIM projects.
• Strong design portfolio with independent project leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent presentation, leadership, and client communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
