Software Engineer (ERP Integration & Automation)

About the role

Arkan Tech is seeking a full‑time Software Engineer to join its on‑site team in Amman. You will design, develop, and maintain back‑end solutions that enable ERP integration, process automation, and e‑commerce operations for its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement back‑end services and APIs supporting ERP and e‑commerce platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, production‑grade code in Java, C#, Python, or Node.js.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimise system performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews and automated testing.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, data structures, algorithms and software engineering principles.
• Hands‑on experience in back‑end web development, APIs, databases and third‑party integration.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming and modern software design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively on‑site.
