Software Engineer

About the role

Innovators Grid is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Amman team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and REST APIs that power risk‑management solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications and REST APIs using .NET/.NET Core.
• Write clean, efficient, and secure C# code following best practices.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of software components.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other engineers in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release processes.
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
• Strong knowledge of C#.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Angular.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, authentication, and authorization.
• Proficiency with SQL, relational databases, and Entity Framework Core.
