Solution Engineer Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Solution Engineer Intern to join our Solution Engineering team. This internship offers hands‑on experience in technical sales, client engagement, and the development of cloud communication solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Assist in preparing and delivering technical presentations that highlight product features and benefits.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle and respond to client inquiries.
• Create technical documentation and sales collateral.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Shadow senior Solution Engineers to learn successful sales strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Infobip products, technologies, and industry developments.
• Support the design and implementation of client solutions using modern technologies and project methodologies.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in engineering, technology, computer science or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology and a passion for AI applications in a sales context.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
