Technical Consultant – CLM Implementation (Remote)

About the role

As a Technical Consultant for CLM Implementation, you will lead end‑to‑end customer implementation projects for the company’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. Acting as the bridge between product/engineering teams and customers, you will translate business requirements into technical execution from discovery through go‑live. The role is fully remote and combines business analysis, technical planning, configuration, and cross‑team coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Run structured kick‑off meetings with new CLM customers to align on goals, timelines and responsibilities.
• Conduct discovery sessions to capture workflows, contracting processes, use cases and system environments.
• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD) that detail functional requirements, data migration, integrations and success criteria.
• Plan and manage implementation sprints using agile cycles, defining tasks, timelines and deliverables.
• Configure the CLM solution, including user roles, templates, workflows and metadata.
• Oversee document migration, ensuring proper structuring and tagging of legacy files.
• Deliver product demos, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and incorporate feedback.
• Drive go‑live readiness, provide training, launch support and early post‑go‑live guidance.
• Collect and relay product feedback to improve the platform and reduce implementation time.
• Capture lessons learned to continuously improve onboarding materials.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in technical consulting, software implementation or business systems analysis, preferably with CLM or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Strong business analysis skills, including gathering requirements and creating clear documentation.
• Proven ability to lead project kick‑offs, discovery workshops and manage agile implementation sprints.
• Experience configuring SaaS solutions, managing data migration and conducting UAT sessions.
• Excellent communication skills to act as the voice of the customer and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
