About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Representative to drive new business and nurture existing relationships through phone outreach. The role focuses on building a robust sales pipeline and achieving annual sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and long‑term relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate sales leads.
- Create and execute an annual sales strategy with clear goals.
- Leverage sales tools and resources to find and nurture leads.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to align efforts and share insights.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing sales.
