Territory Manager

About the role

ZenHR is seeking a passionate Territory Manager to drive sales growth across its assigned region. You will be responsible for expanding revenue by selling ZenHR’s HRMS modules to both existing and new customers throughout the MENA market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and nurture long‑lasting relationships with new customers.
• Implement and follow sales policies and processes.
• Meet and track planned sales goals, reporting results as needed.
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation initiatives.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching for salespeople.
• Identify customer needs and communicate how ZenHR’s products meet those needs.
• Prepare compelling sales proposals for potential and existing clients.
• Collect customer feedback to highlight product and service gaps.
• Conduct performance reviews and give feedback to the sales team.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance.
• Experience selling software, SaaS, or cloud solutions is a plus.
• Strong background in leading sales teams and product management.
