About the role

The User Management Advisor will oversee a portfolio of VIP users across Gulf region markets, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and long‑term retention. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering personalized support and strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP users, maintaining consistent, high‑quality communication.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships by understanding Gulf cultural preferences and user behavior.
• Monitor and analyze recharge patterns, activity levels, and trends using Excel or similar analytical tools.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and support teams to resolve issues and improve the user journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing VIP or high‑value client portfolios.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Deep understanding of Gulf region culture and user engagement habits.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting user data.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and advocate for user needs.
