User Management Advisor

About the role

The User Management Advisor will lead the acquisition and retention of high‑value users for a fast‑growing live‑streaming and e‑commerce platform. You will work closely with product, operations and support teams to create tailored experiences that drive registration, spending and long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and acquire high‑value users through social platforms, referrals, agencies and other channels.
• Design and execute targeted acquisition strategies, including one‑on‑one engagement, personalized benefit packages and customized communication.
• Coordinate with operations to drive registration, initial recharge and first‑time spending of acquired users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top users to ensure ongoing engagement and monetization.
• Track revenue performance, optimise acquisition channels and improve overall ROI.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to launch exclusive features, services and campaigns for top users.

Required profile

• Experience in business development for live‑streaming, e‑commerce or short‑video platforms; recruiting streamers is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convert and onboard key users independently.
• Goal‑oriented, able to work under pressure and deliver results in a high‑intensity environment.
• Data‑sensitive with an understanding of revenue structures and high‑ROI opportunities.
• Sales experience and familiarity with the Middle East market are advantageous.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is preferred.
