User Management Advisor

About the role

The User Management Advisor will oversee daily operations for Africa SVIP users, top supporters, families and key streamer communities on the Bigo Live platform. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance user engagement, retention and revenue through data‑driven strategies and targeted campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily operations for Africa SVIP users, families and key streamer communities.
• Analyze performance and user behavior data to improve engagement, recharge performance, retention and platform revenue.
• Plan and execute exclusive campaigns and incentive programs targeting SVIP users.
• Monitor reward distribution, rebate calculations and campaign settlements to ensure accuracy.
• Continuously optimize SVIP operations to enhance user experience and platform loyalty.
• Coordinate between families, hosts, agencies, supporters and internal teams to resolve operational and user‑related issues.
• Support livestream campaigns, user segmentation projects and key account management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications or related fields.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in livestreaming, creator operations, community operations or SVIP user management is preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a user‑focused mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and able to work flexible schedules when required.
• Passion for the livestreaming industry, high‑value user operations and online entertainment ecosystems.
