Account Manager – Forex Client Services

About the role

RYZE is looking for an experienced Forex Account Manager to join its Amman office. You will be responsible for handling client account opening, onboarding, documentation, and ongoing follow‑up, ensuring a professional and efficient experience for our Forex clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on the opening of Forex accounts for clients.
• Guide clients through the account‑opening and onboarding process.
• Verify documentation, complete activation procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain regular, professional communication with clients regarding their accounts.
• Provide ongoing support for existing client accounts and manage a large client base.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of account‑related requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the Forex industry in Jordan.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and good command of English.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Professional, responsible, results‑oriented attitude.
