Aftersales Manager

About the role

Al Wefaq Jordanian Automotive, the official and exclusive dealer of ROX Motor in Jordan, is building an aftersales team that delivers a premium experience to every ROX owner. It is looking for an Aftersales Manager to lead the team and drive aftersales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver aftersales revenue, gross profit, net profit and P&L targets against the approved budget.
• Grow parts and accessories sales.
• Improve CSI, NPS and customer retention.
• Oversee workshop productivity, efficiency, utilization and repair quality.
• Manage spare parts availability, fill rate, first pick rate and inventory turnover.
• Maximize warranty cost recovery from the manufacturer.
• Keep key-to-key turnaround on target and meet deadlines and service commitments.
• Lead the SWOT action plan and strategic improvements.
• Lead, develop and evaluate the aftersales team.

Required profile

• 6+ years in automotive aftersales, including at least 5 years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Proven record of managing aftersales P&L, service operations and spare parts.
• Strong understanding of warranty processes and manufacturer standards.
• Experience with luxury, hybrid or electric vehicle brands is preferred.
• Very good command of Arabic and English, and strong reporting and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong leadership, customer focus and commercial judgment.
