Sales Staff - Fitness Club

About the role

Grip Fitness Empire is a fitness destination offering premium training programs, an indoor swimming pool and group exercise classes. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Staff member in Amman to welcome prospective members, explain membership options and turn walk-ins into paying members.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome prospective members, conduct facility tours and explain membership options, pricing and services
• Engage with walk-in guests and respond to inquiries in person, by phone and digitally
• Follow up with leads to convert them into members
• Process memberships and renewals and keep accurate sales records
• Collaborate with the front desk and trainers for a smooth member experience
• Take part in promotional activities and marketing campaigns

Required profile

• Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with good verbal and written communication
• Sales and negotiation skills, including lead follow-up and membership closing
• Interest in fitness and wellness, able to explain the benefits of programs, classes and facilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; business, marketing or sports management study is an advantage
• Experience in retail, hospitality or fitness club sales is beneficial
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
