About the role
The Assistant Banquet Manager supports the Banquet Service Manager in overseeing daily operations of the banqueting department at Four Seasons Amman, ensuring service meets Four Seasons standards.
Key responsibilities
- Meet guests, discuss event requirements and report to the banquet manager.
- Pre‑plan events with manager assistance and design venue layouts.
- Coordinate with catering staff and manage banquet logistics.
- Monitor and control banquet budget, including labor and beverage costs.
- Collaborate with culinary, sales, housekeeping and other departments to deliver high‑quality service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in banquet or similar hospitality role.
- Excellent verbal communication in Arabic and English.
- Strong attention to detail.
