Business Development Officer – Amman

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Officer to join our Amman office on a full‑time basis. In this role you will drive new revenue streams by identifying prospects, conducting market research and shaping client‑acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across the MENA/GCC region.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and translate data into actionable growth plans.
• Develop and execute client‑acquisition strategies to expand the customer base.
• Nurture and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and align service delivery.
• Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and market‑research capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven experience in lead generation and business‑development activities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales or a related field.
• Regional experience in MENA/GCC is a strong plus.
• Background in a marketing agency or service‑industry is advantageous.
