About the role

Firasa is an AI‑powered platform that turns customer interactions into actionable insights. We are looking for a Business Development Officer (B2B) to expand our client base in Jordan by building relationships with decision‑makers and driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

Generate and qualify new B2B leads across target industries.
Develop and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
Conduct meetings, product presentations and live demos of the Firasa platform.
Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.

Required profile

3–5 years of B2B business development or sales experience.
Excellent English communication skills, professional and presentable.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Established business network in the region (advantageous).
Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions is a plus.
