Corporate Sales Officer

About the role

The Corporate Sales Officer will support Jordan River Designs' corporate sales activities for its Handicrafts and Karmeh Kitchen product lines. The role focuses on identifying new corporate customers, presenting tailored product solutions, and managing the full order cycle to achieve sales targets and increase brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify corporate sales opportunities, gifting prospects and market trends across relevant segments.
• Contact prospective clients, introduce product ranges and arrange meetings or presentations.
• Prepare quotations, product selections and sales materials in coordination with the Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and pending orders to drive conversion.
• Coordinate order submission, contracts and delivery with production, logistics and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, quotation and order data in the approved CRM system.
• Generate regular sales activity, pipeline and order status reports.
• Collect and share market feedback, competitor activity and product requests.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and post‑delivery follow‑up to ensure satisfaction.
