D&T Associate Manager - Planner

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of portfolio‑level plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource views.
• Consolidate and maintain a central view of demand for new, change, and ongoing initiatives.
• Maintain and update go‑live trackers for projects and BAU initiatives, validating delivery timelines and readiness status.
• Coordinate inputs for Delivery Review Board and other governance forums, ensuring delivery status, risks, and updates are captured.
• Track key dependencies across projects, identify potential impacts, and facilitate early visibility of risks.
• Support consolidation of financial data (CAPEX, purchase requests) and align financials with delivery plans.
• Consolidate inputs for leadership reporting, ensuring data accuracy and highlighting key trends.
• Develop and maintain resource plans across the portfolio, providing visibility on allocation and identifying over‑ or under‑utilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• Project management or service management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in technology planning, project management, PMO or service delivery.
• At least 3 years in a managerial, senior planning or portfolio coordination role.
• Proven experience managing multiple initiatives, stakeholders and dependencies across global or regional teams.
