Experienced Site Manager – Architectural Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our architectural firm and take charge of planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects. This full‑time position involves working closely with design teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities.
• Coordinate on‑site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Supervise daily construction work to ensure compliance with architectural drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met throughout the site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of site engineering experience in the architectural sector.
• Proven ability to interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and references.
• Demonstrated capacity to deliver high‑quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
