Guest Arrival Expert - Doorman

About the role

As a Guest Arrival Expert – Doorman you will be the first face guests see when they arrive and the last they encounter when they depart. You will create memorable first and final impressions by delivering a range of arrival and departure services in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide information about the property and local area.
• Process operational needs such as check‑in/check‑out assistance and report completion.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues during arrival and departure.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional front‑of‑house environment.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided (over 75 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform light‑to‑moderate manual labor.
• Professional appearance, communication, and adherence to company policies.
