About the role
The Guest Experience Expert at The Residences delivers memorable, personalized service throughout a guest’s stay. You will guide guests, handle operational needs, and showcase local highlights while maintaining the brand’s high standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete daily reports.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations with guests.
- Move freely throughout the property to perform tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 10 lb.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
