Housekeeping Attendant – Guest Rooms

About the role

As a Housekeeping Attendant you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms at Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba. You will ensure each room meets the brand’s high standards, contributing to a memorable stay for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Restock room amenities and ensure trolley is fully equipped.
• Respect guest privacy and handle personal belongings with care.
• Report any maintenance issues or lost‑and‑found items promptly.
• Maintain awareness of daily hotel activities and product knowledge of facilities.

Required profile

• Warm, caring personality with a guest‑focused attitude.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
