Outdoor Sales Representative – Jordan

About the role
We are looking for an energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to drive our business growth across Jordan. The role involves direct interaction with existing and prospective clients, promoting our products and ensuring customer satisfaction in the field.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to current and potential clients.
- Expand the customer base and acquire new accounts.
- Follow up on customer orders and collect outstanding dues.
Required profile
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in field/external sales within the Jordanian market.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion and communication abilities.
- Own a personal car and hold a valid Jordanian driver’s license (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of the targeted geographical areas in Jordan.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary up to JOD 500 per month.
- Sales commission of 5 % on achieving 100 % of the monthly target.
- Full‑time schedule of 8 hours per day.
