Owner – Business Strategy & Operations Lead

About the role

The Owner role at Foundry Media and Keystone Strategy is a full‑time hybrid position based in Amman, Jordan, with some flexibility for remote work. You will lead overall business strategy, set long‑term goals, and oversee day‑to‑day operations across both companies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships, manage key accounts, and drive business development opportunities.
• Guide project teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables are completed on time.
• Manage budgets, review financial performance, and make decisions on resource allocation, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
• Mentor team members, refine internal processes, and represent the companies at meetings, industry events, and negotiations.

Required profile

• Strong business leadership skills, including strategic planning and decision‑making.
• Proven experience in client management, relationship‑building, and stakeholder negotiation.
• Solid understanding of media production and/or consulting services, with the ability to guide projects from concept to delivery.
• Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Media, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in entrepreneurship, small‑business ownership, or senior management roles.
