Program Support Manager – Secondment to Justice Centre for Legal Aid

About the role

The Programme Support Manager will be seconded full‑time to the Justice Centre for Legal Aid (JCLA) in Amman, Jordan. The role focuses on strengthening grant management, fundraising, and MEAL systems to ensure programme quality and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NRC, JCLA, and donor regulations, and strengthen internal grant management processes.
• Support fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and develop high‑quality proposals, budgets, and reports.
• Provide technical oversight of MEAL systems, complaint feedback mechanisms, data analysis, and learning processes.
• Lead Project Cycle Management across all stages, including staff training, technical guidance, and integration of cross‑cutting programme elements.

Required profile

• Experienced humanitarian professional with a strong track record in donor engagement and grants management.
• Deep understanding of the Jordanian context and National NGO operations.
• Strategic mindset with proven expertise in strengthening institutional systems.
• Legally eligible to work in Amman, Jordan (no visa sponsorship).
