About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand our coffee machine business in Amman, Jordan. You will be responsible for placing new machines, building strong customer relationships, and generating recurring revenue from coffee and consumables across your territory.

Key responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and develop new HORECA and office accounts.
Present and demonstrate Najjar Raqwa coffee machines to potential customers.
Convert opportunities into sales and achieve daily machine placement targets.
Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with regular follow‑up on leads.
Drive recurring coffee and consumables sales by managing reorder cycles.
Prepare and submit daily activity reports covering visits, calls, leads, and placements.

Required profile

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven mindset.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Previous B2B, HORECA, FMCG, or coffee industry experience is a plus.
Valid driving licence and access to a car.
