Sales Marketing Executive

About the role

NAWA is a marketing agency offering digital solutions such as media production, strategic planning, social media management and content creation. It is looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to expand its client base by securing high-value deals with companies seeking top-tier marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, reach out to and acquire new B2B clients who need marketing solutions.
• Pitch the agency's services (media, strategic planning, social media management, content creation) and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and active clients.
• Analyse client needs and work with the internal team to propose tailored marketing strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or account management, preferably in a marketing agency or digital media environment.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing services (social media, content creation, strategies, media).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Outstanding negotiation, communication and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline efficiently and deliver results under pressure.
