Sales Supervisor - Field Sales

About the role

Brain Catch, acting on behalf of its client, a leading company in premium scenting and fragrance solutions, is looking for a hands-on Sales Supervisor in Amman. This is an active, field-based role for someone who can manage a portfolio of B2B clients, meet personal sales targets and help grow the wider sales function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of B2B and field accounts.
• Carry out direct outreach, cold visits, sales presentations and negotiations.
• Plan efficient field routes and keep territory coverage strong.
• Follow up on leads and turn opportunities into confirmed sales.
• Keep accurate records of leads, visits and deals in Odoo.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics on stock availability, delivery and installation.
• Give regular updates on sales activity and pipeline.
• Help onboard and train new field sales staff as the team grows.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Preferred: experience in fragrances, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods or a similar sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable with route planning and regular field travel.
• Valid driving licence; own vehicle preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written Arabic, with a good command of English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
