Senior Engineer - Civil and Roads

About the role

Egis, an international engineering, consulting and construction firm operating in 100 countries, is hiring a Senior Engineer for its Infrastructure Team. You will help deliver complex infrastructure projects while maintaining high quality, working alongside senior team members and giving technical input to several ongoing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering infrastructure projects and support project leaders in achieving successful outcomes.
• Prepare and review detailed technical specifications, drawings and documentation.
• Prepare reports, calculations and design documentation.
• Carry out technical and quality reviews of projects, identifying and addressing potential issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil and road design.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and lead large-scale projects.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and dedication to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Design preparation using Civil 3D software in a BIM environment.
• Clash resolution in utility modelling software such as Navisworks and Bentley Navigator.
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes and regulations.
