Showroom Manager

About the role

The Showroom Manager will lead daily operations of a retail showroom in Amman, ensuring an organized, attractive, and safe environment for customers. This full‑time, on‑site position involves direct customer interaction, sales support, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain tidy, well‑presented displays and ensure the showroom is welcoming.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule sales staff to meet performance targets.
• Engage customers from greeting through closing, handling inquiries and escalations.
• Coordinate inventory with the warehouse and track sales and foot‑traffic data.
• Collaborate with management on promotions, pricing, and policy compliance.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on satisfaction and experience.
• Proven sales ability and track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in showroom or retail environments, including merchandising and visual presentation.
• Leadership experience with team supervision, coaching, and feedback.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities for handling multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and retail management software.
• Prior experience in furniture, home décor, or related retail preferred.
• High school diploma required; vocational or higher education in business or retail management is a plus.
