Software Sales - AI Recruiting Startup

About the role

SorsX is an AI recruiting startup helping companies across the MENA region hire smarter and faster. It is looking for a software sales professional to work directly with the founders, win key accounts and shape growth in the region. The role is hands-on and based in Amman, Jordan, targeting the MENA market.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales end-to-end: prospecting, qualification, demos, pilots, negotiation and closing.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of renowned companies.
• Develop a personal network across HRTech and become a trusted, visible member of the community.
• Work with founders and engineers to turn technical capabilities into business value.
• Design the sales process, messaging, CRM discipline and go-to-market playbook from the ground up.
• Bring customer feedback into the company and help shape product priorities, packaging and pricing.

Required profile

• A strong track record of selling and closing technical products.
• Comfortable selling to technical buyers, including CEOs and CHROs.
• Natural relationship builder who enjoys frequent conferences, meetups, dinners and customer visits.
• Able to operate independently and build a sales function at a growth-stage startup.
• Bonus: experience selling AI solutions or HRTech, existing relationships in HR, AI or industrial automation, experience structuring pilots into enterprise contracts, and experience hiring and managing an early sales team.
