Solution Sales Specialist - SaaS

About the role

Dafater is hiring a Solution Sales Specialist who drives revenue growth by identifying, developing and closing high-value opportunities. The specialist acts as a trusted advisor, building long-term client partnerships and positioning Dafater's software solutions to deliver measurable, sustainable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
• Engage prospects to uncover their business challenges and deliver tailored software solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that showcase Dafater's value.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships.
• Prepare accurate proposals, quotations and commercial offers aligned with client needs.
• Negotiate contracts to close deals and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales reports and pipeline insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and implementation teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to spot growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in SaaS or software solution sales, preferably in ERP or accounting systems.
• Solid accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes and reporting.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen, consultative selling skills and client-focused mindset.
• Highly organized, results-driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
