Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role
The Store Manager will lead the sales and supplier relationship functions for a luxury brand within Chalhoub Group, ensuring high‑quality service to clients and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and retailers.
- Cascade sales targets to team leads and monitor performance.
- Respond promptly and accurately to product queries from clients.
- Provide product selections, samples, quotations and tailored solutions.
- Prospect new clients, develop accounts and introduce the company’s portfolio.
- Support sales growth, track orders, stock levels and deliveries.
- Oversee timely collection of receivables.
- Deliver market feedback on product movement and brand performance.
- Coordinate budget requirements with the marketing team.
- Ensure merchandising quality and accuracy with the sales team.
- Monitor market trends and support new product launch strategies.
- Collaborate with HR to design commission schemes.
- Participate in projects and community activities as needed.
