Sustainability Lead Associate

About the role
The Sustainability Lead Associate will support the bank’s sustainability agenda, ensuring that all initiatives align with the established ESG framework. This role is pivotal in driving the bank’s commitment to responsible finance and fostering a culture of environmental, social, and governance awareness across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Track and report on the status of ESG initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability policies and practices across banking operations and services.
- Assist in preparing the sustainability report in line with regulatory requirements.
- Raise awareness and promote a culture that enhances ESG practices throughout the bank.
- Follow manager’s business requests and directions related to sustainability projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related areas.
