Total Rewards Manager

About the role

The Total Rewards Manager will lead the design and delivery of the Total Rewards strategy for PwC across Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon. This senior‑level position moves beyond routine execution to own the end‑to‑end compensation and benefits framework, ensuring the firm attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve compensation frameworks, including salary structures, grading, and incentive plans.
• Lead annual compensation cycles, providing guidance on offers, promotions, and retention cases.
• Develop and own the benchmarking strategy, analyse market data, and advise leadership on competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with Human Capital Centres of Excellence to align reward practices with business goals.
• Partner with finance, risk, and technology teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in total rewards, compensation design, or related HR functions.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.
