Enterprise Marketing Solutions Team Member

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and passionate professional to design and execute marketing strategies for the Enterprise Marketing segment. The focus will be on customer retention, acquisition, and value extraction for ICT products, while also conducting market and competitor intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform market and competitor intelligence activities, including forecasting analysis in collaboration with Pricing and Business Intelligence.
• Research new offerings from international telecom firms and propose initiatives to boost revenue.
• Gather and act on customer feedback from various internal and external sources to improve products and services.
• Suggest and present ideas to reduce churn, increase retention, acquisition, and revenue.
• Assist in developing concepts for new products, services, and offers, and communicate them to relevant parties.
• Participate in financial business model preparation for new products, covering breakeven points, expected revenue, and marketing costs.
• Translate advertising requirements to the MARCOM team, defining target customers and media channels.
• Provide sales and customer care teams with training and support on business marketing products.
• Engage with clients and partners to collect feedback on project performance and ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field.
