Executive Performance – Paid Media Specialist

About the role

The Executive – Performance will manage, monitor and optimise paid social, paid search and programmatic campaigns for clients across the MENA region. This hands‑on role focuses on delivering efficient campaign execution aligned with client objectives and internal best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns on Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic platforms.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and resolve campaign issues to improve performance.
• Support campaign onboarding, ensuring accurate implementation, tracking and reporting.
• Maintain campaign quality through regular checks and adherence to internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with planning and strategy teams to align campaigns with client goals.
• Contribute to performance reporting, data analysis and insight preparation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform developments and industry trends.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in performance marketing or a digital role, preferably within an agency.
• Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and DV360.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns under senior guidance.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Campaign Manager) is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
