About the role
As a Guest Experience Expert you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel on Dead Sea Road, delivering memorable and personalized service throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Process operational needs, complete reports and handle guest requests promptly.
- Provide local area information and promote hotel amenities.
- Maintain a safe, clean and professional front‑desk environment.
- Move, lift and carry objects up to 10 lb as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
