About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel on Dead Sea Road, delivering memorable and personalized service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
  • Process operational needs, complete reports and handle guest requests promptly.
  • Provide local area information and promote hotel amenities.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and professional front‑desk environment.
  • Move, lift and carry objects up to 10 lb as required.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No prior work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.

Required skills

  • No specific technical skills required.
